POSITIVE
ATTITUDE
For
the past 21 years that I have been working in Holistic Health Care, I
have found that no matter what I did to improve my health, I
needed to change my way of thinking.
My
thought patterns were very destructive because I kept rehearsing
every negative thing in my life that made me feel small, stupid and
insignificant. I did have a lot of hard things happen in my
life but I found out that that doesn't matter. Everyone else
does too. I needed to stop the cycle by catching myself in the
moment and changing my thoughts to something good, spiritual,
enlightening and positive. Sometimes I had to turn on a good
movie, read an uplifting book, or turn on soft music. It took
time and energy but has been well worth it.
I

to have peace of mind, and so much more. He helps you
learn how to change your thought patterns which is essential to being
more positive.
