is incredible. It was written by Chris Gibson who suffered with
terrible acne for over 18 years.
I
challenged my daughter, Jennifer, to try this program and it has been
a great experience. I did it with her for 3 days even though I do not
have a bad acne problem. Her skin is clearing beautifully. Her
acne is a bit resistant, but her skin tone and texture has
improved enough that her friends have even noticed.
In
the book Acne
Free in 3 Days, Chris
suggests that you end the 3 day program with soup, so I called my
Daughter-in-law to get her recipe for a cleansing
soup
that she has made for herself and my son. It was really good and
continued to clean out our systems. Jennifer's skin is still
improving.
Her
skin still needed a bit more time for improvement, so she is
doing a liver cleanse (herbal supplements). I will take her picture
again Monday, which will be 1 week from when we started so you can
see her before and after pictures.

Others may have more resistant acne, but he tells you many different
reasons why and the steps to take to be completely FREE
OF ACNE.
Because
of what I know and teach about nutrition, I am sure that this program
could help everyone who is willing to pay the price to improve their
skin. Remember, your skin
is a reflection of how healthy or unhealthy your body is inside.
